Terms and Conditions

1. By taking part in this campaign (“Campaign”), all persons participating (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these campaign terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

2. The competition is for the period between <11th July 2025 till 21st July 2025> (“Campaign Period”), the Participant must:

Participants should apply for a new BanqueMisr credit card within the Campaign Period to become eligible to win.

Participating cards are:
Platinum
World
World Elite

Participant’s age should not be less than 21 years old. 

Participants must post on Facebook and mention @Mastercardarabia and @BanqueMisr and add hashtag #PricelessMoments.

Participants are only eligible to win after the card is issued and activated.

Participants who are eligible to win are new BanqueMisr customers or existing customers who don’t have (Platinum, World, or World Elite) MasterCard card issued.

BanqueMisr customers who have certificate deposits (CD) will be issued their credit card within 2 days and should expect the card to be delivered in 3 to 5 days.

New BanqueMisr customers or existing customers who do not have certificate deposits (CD) will have to wait 6 working days until processing is completed whether the application is accepted or rejected. If the application is accepted, expect to receive the credit card within 3 to 5 days.

3. Winners shall automatically receive a free flight e-voucher from BanqueMisr. BanqueMisr will communicate a unique campaign code and personalized voucher to the cardholder via SMS or call.

4. Winners shall log on to the relevant campaign website, myprizeflight.com, using their unique voucher code as a login code. The e-voucher code shall be valid for 30 days from the date received.

5. Winners must select their departure airport and choose three (3) possible destination cities from the list of destinations and select 3 possible travel dates (inbound and outbound). The proposed dates shall be in different months and at least 30 days apart. The earliest travel date a cardholder should select must be 45 days from the date of their application.

6. The travel agency (Inspire) will validate the cardholder’s application against all qualifying cardholder's names and emails within 7 business days and will send a link to the cardholders to complete their application. The cardholder will upload their passport/and/ or any necessary travel documents and a copy of the PDF free flight voucher within 48 hours.

7. The travel agency (Inspire) will, within 14 business days after receiving the cardholder’s documents, offer the cardholder a free flight to one of the chosen destinations on any of the 3 travel dates chosen by the cardholder. The cardholder shall not be entitled to request a particular carrier, route, or other specific travel date. The participant should accept/ reject the offer received within 48 hours.

8. The e-vouchers may not be utilized in conjunction with other travel vouchers. Each free flight voucher is limited to single use only and cardholders may not make any group bookings using the e-vouchers provided. Only one free e-voucher may be redeemed per person per booking.

9. This promotion is open to Egyptians who are at least 21 years of age, excluding employees and their immediate families of the travel agency, its agents, and anyone professionally connected to the campaign. Each participant must have a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the return date of any trip.

10. Each participant is eligible for 1 free flight.

11. Winners will need to keep their free flight voucher as proof of qualification.

12. Subject to receiving confirmation from the participant, the travel agency (Inspire) will contact the participant to finalize the booking and send an e-ticket to the participant. It is the participant’s responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform the travel agency (Inspire) within twelve (12) hours of receipt should the ticket details be incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable.

The available destinations depend on the airport of departure and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures. The availability of flights may be limited depending on the chosen destination or travel time. The choice of carrier is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route or travel date.

14. All flights are subject to booking availability. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Chinese New Year, on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays. 

15. Each free flight application is limited to a single use. The right to a free flight is valid per person, booking and flight.   

16. Only one free flight can be redeemed per person and household. Free flights cannot be used in combination with each other. 

17. This promotional offer does not entitle the participant to travel via a particular route, carrier or on a particular date and the participant may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the one requested. 

18. All travel (departure and return) must be completed within 11 months from the date of the issuance of the voucher. The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days. 

19. The travel agency (Inspire) and Banque Misr do not accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserve the right to use other service providers as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar acts of God, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of the travel agency and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Travel Agency (Inspire) reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation. 

20. The right of the participant and any person travelling with the participant to claim compensation is subject to carrier regulatory provisions.  The travel agency (Inspire) and Banque Misr are not liable for compensation related to failures by the carrier. 

21. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be sold.   

22. By participating in this promotion, the participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

23. All written correspondence shall be sent to the addresses as shown on the campaign website, myprizeflight.com.

24. Participants who have queries or complaints about the airline tickets may contact The Travel Agency by email at: [email protected]

25. Participants who have queries or complaints about the credit card may contact BanqueMisr by calling the bank’s hotline at: 19888.

26. Participants acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, will cause the participant to lose the right to receive the free flight ticket without liability incurred by the Banque Misr and the travel agency (Inspire). 

27. The travel agency (Inspire) and Banque Misr reserves the right to verify all claims, check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure the participant’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions and to refuse to award a flight or withdraw flight entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means. 

28. Personal data captured during the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes.
