How will the winners be selected?
250 winners will be selected after their Banque Misr premium card is issued and activated, and after the participant posts a priceless moment photo on Nomads.
Where will the winners be announced?
Winners will be contacted directly by Banque Misr through a phone call.
How will winners be contacted?
Winners will receive an SMS on the number provided in the e-form or will be contacted through a phone call.
As a winner, what are the steps I need to complete to receive my flight ticket?
1. You will receive an email or SMS from Banque Misr containing a unique code that is used to log into this landing page: myprizeflight.com
2. You will need to choose three destinations and their respective travel dates and provide more details. A PDF file will be generated to confirm your choices.
3. After latest seven days, you will receive an email requiring you to upload all necessary travel documents within 48 business hours to confirm your flight details.
4. After 14 days of documents verification, you will receive an email with the final flight offer with all the details you have provided and the confirmed destination. The email will include a link, which will expire in 48 business hours, through which you can either accept or decline the offer.
5. Once the offer is accepted, our team will send you the flight ticket by email.
Can I transfer the ownership of the ticket?
Unfortunately, transfer of the flight ticket ownership is not possible.
How can I confirm my travel destination?
Log into the application form and upload all necessary travel documents to confirm your flight details. Winners have 48 business hours to confirm the final offer.
How can I accept/decline the final offer?
You will receive an email with the final flight offer with all the details you have provided. The email will include a link, which will expire in 48 hours, through which you can either accept or decline the offer.
If I decline the offer, will I be offered another flight ticket?
No, the offer sent by email is final and not subject to change.
As a winner, when should I expect to know my confirmed destination?
7 business days after choosing your preferred destinations on the website link provided, through an email.
Can I book any dates of my choice?
All flights are subject to booking availability. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Chinese New Year, on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
What are the restrictions regarding the validity period and duration of stay for travel using the voucher?
All travel (departure and return) must be completed within 11 months from the date of the issuance of the voucher. The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days.
